To make sure you receive your item(s) in time, please leave the correct shipping address when you placing the order or contact us via email at once to retell your shipping address. We do not responsible for any loss due to wrong shipping address. It is your responsibility to ensure your correct shipping address and contact information.

A signature will be required upon your item(s) arrival. The item(s) will be shipped out in 6-48Hours. And after we shipped out the item(s), we will email you the tracking number. Then you can check your item(s) status online by the tracking number you got at EMS international website http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp

Shipping Range
We do world-wide shipping by International EMS (Express Mail Service). All the shipments are shipped by air to where EMS can reach, such as USA, Canada, England, French, Italy etc.

For return
First, the item(s) must be absolutely in original condition as the condition we shipped out and 100% new. Second, please contact us via email or Live Chat and stating the reason for the return within 10days of receipt. The postage cost is not reimbursed. And please be sure send back the item(s) by insured airmail, we will not be responsible for any damage and loss of the return shipments. Third, to get the return address by email or Live Chat. After we receive the return, within 10days your refund will be reimbursed to your credit card. A 15% restocking fee and another 15GBP shipping fee will be reduced from the refund amount.

For exchange
Exchange one time only on each item. Firstly, please email us stating the exchange reason and stating which item will be exchanged, but only equal price be accepted or pay differentials in item(s). Secondly, exchange only allowed for the item(s) which is defective or be damaged during delivery upon receipt or the item(s) does not fit. Thirdly, The item(s) must be returned within 7days of delivery and you should pay 24GBP for all the shipping charges causing by the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will ship the replace item(s) out only when we received 100% original condition and 100% unworn item(s).

For Cancellation:
After we got your payment, we will prepare your shipment at once. If you would like to cancel it, please notify us as soon as possible via email or Live Chat.
If your order be stopped before we ship your item out, we will offer refund in 5-10 business days.
If your order already was dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it, you must return the item back in original condition and unworn. When we get the return item, we will offer refund in 5-10 business days
